This privacy policy applies to any and users of the services of Fettch Technologies Inc. (“Fettch”) including users of our apps, websites, platform, or other services. It further applies to our licensed software on our affiliates websites and platforms.

Partners who must verify identity in order to register as a driver This also includes vehicle or insurance information of delivery partners and some users. 
We use photo and id verification for some of our users and may collect this data in order to verify identity or verify purchases. 


Usage Data 
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. 
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. 


When You access the Service we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We enable users to communicate with us and each other via our Services. For example, you may communicate with a Fettch driver regarding the location of your order. We receive this data to ensure the integrity of our services, for security purposes, and to improve our Services. 


Marketing Data 
We may collect information you submit to us such as reviews, comments, and information regarding your preferences relating to receiving direct marketing from Fettch Technologies Inc. 


Device Data: 
We may collect data regarding the devices used to access our services. This may include device, model, IP Address, etc. 


Location Data:
Location Data is collected by us to ensure the smooth operation of our Services to showcase relevant stores in your vicinity, so users may receive orders and track deliveries2, to showcase products available and to personalize our marketing content to you. Location data is also used to verify deliveries are completed and for the integrity and security of Fettch Technologies inc., Location data is also used for any support or issues relating to use of service. 


We collect location data from a user’s phone if the user enables this. With respect to our Fettch drivers, location data is collected when the app is running both in the foreground and background.

We may collect personal data above from you in the following ways when you :

  • Sign up as a driver, or vendor or communicate an interest in partnering with Fettch

  • Submit feedback, comments,or reviews on our services

  • Communicate through our app or website for example in the event you message a driver or user to discuss order details

Information made accessible to us by third parties such as social media services, third party payment providers, or other websites or features Fettch is integrated with

We cannot guarantee the security of our database and platforms though we take every necessary precaution to maintain your security. We cannot guarantee your information will not be intercepted when. Transmission and disclosure is at your own risk. 


Minors 
Our Services are not intended for anyone under the age of 16 years. We do not consciously collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. The Service is not directed at or marketed towards anyone under the age of 16. We do not allow registration or usage by anyone under the age of 16 and in using our services you certify you meet the minimum age requirement of your jurisdiction.

Withdrawing consent will not however make unlawful our use of your information for the period while consent had been maintained prior to withdrawal.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services. 
Fettch may also display personalized advertising viq third-party websites and other platforms or may market directly to you.
